Job summary

You will assign tasks, ensure cleanliness standards, and coordinate with Front Office and other departments to maintain guest satisfaction. The position emphasizes supervising staff, providing coaching, and maintaining SOP adherence to support a care-centered hospitality

Qualifications

• Hotel management diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping supervisory experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate room attendants, house attendants, public area cleaners and floor supervisors.
• Assist in day-to-day operations of housekeeping and laundry departments.
• Maintain friendly, service-oriented interactions with guests and staff.
• Resolve conflicts calmly to promote a positive work environment.
• Assign duties and inspect work to meet cleanliness standards.
• Prepare and distribute room assignment sheets and keys.
• Communicate with Front Office and other departments.
• Schedule deep cleaning of meeting rooms and related areas.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and linen stock.
