Innisfree Hotels seeks an Assistant Executive Housekeeper for the Hampton Inn Pensacola Beach. This role supervises room attendants, house attendants, and cleaners, coordinating day-to-day housekeeping and laundry operations to deliver high hotel standards.

You will promote a positive work environment, train staff, and ensure compliance with SOPs, while maintaining strong communication with Front Office and other departments.

Qualifications

• Hotel management diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years housekeeping supervisory experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Clear English communication (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to multi-task and balance priorities.
• Collaborative team player with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of room attendants, house attendants, public area cleaners and floor supervisors.
• Assist in managing day-to-day housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Maintain positive guest and staff interactions and resolve conflicts calmly.
• Prepare and distribute room assignment sheets and keys, and communicate with Front Office.
• Schedule periodic deep cleaning and maintenance of rooms and public areas.
• Monitor supplies, inventories, and equipment; ensure SOP compliance.
• Support Executive Housekeeper with staff training and coaching.
