Job summary

Oxford Collection of Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations at our Spokane properties. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction while leading a team of housekeeping staff.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, training, coordinating with maintenance and front desk, and ensuring adherence to company SOPs. This position requires reliability and flexibility with shifts in a fast-paced hospitality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Hospitality / hotel work experience preferred.
• Housekeeping / cleaning services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and sanitization standards.
• Inspect public spaces and rooms for quality.
• Train new employees and provide on-the-job training.
• Coordinate with maintenance, front desk and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and guest satisfaction is maintained.
