Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Hospitality/hotel work experience preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Supervise, train, and mentor housekeeping staff and provide guidance.
• Coordinate with maintenance and front desk to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
• Prepare reports and assist with staff scheduling and performance reviews.
