Job summary

LTD Hospitality Group is seeking highly motivated individuals for an immediate opening as a Housekeeping Supervisor. The role provides overall support to housekeeping operations and ensures work meets specifications and standards.

The supervisor will inspect, investigate complaints, evaluate facilities, and guide staff performance. The position emphasizes leadership, communication, and process improvements to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Have thorough knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Ability to lead others.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good time management skills.
• Must be able to move luggage, packages or furniture weighing up to 30 lb.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect work performed to ensure that it meets specifications and established standards.
• Investigate complaints about service and equipment, and take corrective action.
• Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of facilities to determine work required.
• Evaluate employee performance, and recommend personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, and dismissals.
• Recommend changes to improve service and increase operational efficiency.
• Confer with staff to resolve performance and personnel problems and discuss company policies.
• Monitor and assess performance to make improvements or take corrective action.
• Understand implications of new information for problem-solving and decision-making.
• Communicate information effectively to others.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
