Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control and scheduling of cleaning tasks.
• Train and mentor staff; enforce SOPs and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Front Desk and Food & Beverage to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage attendance, time cards and shift coverage.
