Concord is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team, inspect guest rooms and public areas, and ensure hotel standards are met. You will report deficiencies and drive guest service levels while coordinating with other departments for smooth operations.

You will coach, train, and mentor staff, manage onboarding and performance, and strive for a high-quality guest experience with a focus on productivity and teamwork.

Formación

• Experience in a leadership role in hotels, hospitals, or multi-unit housing as a Housekeeping or Cleaning Supervisor.
• Must have great care and attention to detail to ensure quality.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.

• Inspect rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and report deficiencies.
