Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.

• Supervise guest registration and check-out procedures and manage housekeeping operations to meet brand standards.
• Maintain safety, security, and compliance with wage/hour laws; ensure proper procedures for financial transactions.
