Hirebridge in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs across the hotel's facilities, ensuring guest comfort and safety. You will tackle tasks like replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, patching surfaces, and maintaining guest room furniture and fixtures.

You'll inspect electrical systems, assist with plumbing issues, respond to guest requests promptly, and follow all safety and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience performing routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Ability to inspect electrical systems and lighting fixtures.
• Ability to refurbish and maintain furniture and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned preventative maintenance tasks and minor repair work orders.
• Inspect and perform minor repairs on electrical systems including air conditioning controls, televisions, and lighting fixtures.
• Assist in diagnosing and repairing basic plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and maintenance of sinks, toilets, kitchen, and laundry equipment.
• Refurbish and maintain furniture and fixtures in guest rooms, including cabinets, tables, chairs, doors, and windows.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest maintenance requests and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance in compliance with hotel grooming standards.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team.
