Job summary

Concord Hospitality is hiring a Houseperson / Laundry Attendant to support our housekeeping team in Mesa, AZ. You will maintain public areas, handle linens, and assist Room Attendants as needed.

The role offers on-site work with opportunities to grow into a Room Attendant position as openings arise. We value reliability, teamwork, and a guest-focused mindset in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, laundry, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas to brand standards.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, trash removal and sanitizing tasks.
• Transport clean linens and collect soiled laundry.
• Restock housekeeping closets, carts and supplies.
• Deliver guest-requested items promptly.
• Assist Room Attendants with cleaning tasks and setup needs.
• Monitor areas for cleanliness and safety; report maintenance needs.
• Sort, wash, dry, fold and organize hotel linens.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory in the laundry room.
• Follow safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines.
