Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a team, oversee daily operations, and ensure guest rooms are spotless and welcoming. You’ll step in when the Housekeeping Manager is away and set the standard for cleanliness across the property.

You’ll manage inspections, train staff, handle safety procedures, and maintain inventory from linens to supplies while keeping the team motivated with clear communication and a energetic approach.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision, including inspections, reports, and productivity checks.
• Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication and hands-on training.
• Handle safety & security tasks such as lost-and-found, key control, and access management for sensitive areas.
• Set high cleanliness standards across facilities and equipment.
