Qualifications

• Must have at least two years in Hospitality with Housekeeping leadership.
• Experience coordinating housekeeping, laundry and front desk operations.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate teams to meet standards.
• Passion for clean, safe and welcoming guest environments.
• Fluency in English; Portuguese/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operation of the assigned shift to maintain high standards.
• Coach housekeeping and laundry staff according to hotel protocols.
• Communicate with Front Office and Maintenance to resolve issues before occupancy.
• Coordinate early arrivals/departures and resolve room discrepancies.
• Ensure laundry supplies are adequate and rooms are ready for use.
• Investigate guest issues and take corrective action with the team.
• Manage large turn days for group check-ins/check-outs.
• Assist with training, scheduling and staff motivation.
• Maintain inventory and enforce safety training per OSHA.
• Inspect and clean public areas to meet department standards.
• Check all rooms daily for cleanliness and quality.
