Job summary

Qualifications

• Position requires physical activity on a continuous basis.
• Ability to climb and carry ladders.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours at a time.
• Practice and observe all safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Overall floor maintenance of carpets and hard floor surfaces.
• Buffing, stripping, and waving hard floor surfaces; shampooing and extraction.
• Moving furniture and window cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness in laundry area and storage closets; keep stocked.
• Return dishes, glassware, and ice buckets to the dish station.
• Notify supervisor of maintenance-related issues.
• Adhere to Bloodborne Pathogen procedures and safety precautions.
• Clean public areas daily including lobby, bathrooms, hallways, stairs, elevator, pool area.
• Complete daily public space cleaning checklist.
• Adhere to security procedures for handling keys.
• Prepare housekeeping area for next shift and support team.
