Qualifications

• 2–4 years of progressive housekeeping leadership experience in a hotel.
• Luxury or upscale hotel experience preferred.
• Experience managing a team and daily housekeeping operations.
• Ability to manage schedules, payroll, inventory, staffing levels, and departmental priorities.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; stand, bend, and walk for long shifts.
• Schedule flexibility to meet a 24-hour hotel operation, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive guest and colleague information.

Responsibilities

• Leads, motivates, and develops the Housekeeping team, fostering a team-minded culture and positive work environment.
• Provides leadership, direction, and support to Housekeeping Supervisors, holding them accountable for daily operations, team performance, and service standards.
• Oversees timekeeping and payroll processes for the Housekeeping Department, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Conducts regular inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to ensure exceptional cleanliness and presentation.
• Partners with Front Office, Engineering, F&B, and other departments for cohesive hotel operation.
• Manages housekeeping inventory, purchasing, receiving, storage, and reordering of supplies.
