Responsabilités

• Supervise the housekeeping team: lead, train, oversee, and evaluate Room Attendants and Housepersons for cleanliness and quality in guest rooms and public areas.
• Oversee room readiness: assign, inspect, and verify room status; report discrepancies.
• Oversee operational logistics: monitor schedules, payroll, stock room/cart inventory, and lost and found processes.
• Coordinate maintenance needs with Engineering and Property Operations to address issues.
• Support housekeeping operations by assisting as needed to maintain service levels.
• Delight our guests by addressing special needs promptly and professionally.
