Job summary

Aspen One is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to uphold high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public areas. You will train and manage staff, coordinate with front desk, and oversee daily cleaning focus and occupancy updates.

This role reports to the Housekeeping Manager and supports the team in achieving exceptional guest satisfaction. Candidates should have a High School Diploma, 2 years of management experience, and 5 years in housekeeping, with bilingual English/Spanish helpful.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of management experience preferred.
• 5 years of housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train and manage housekeeping staff.
• Brief housekeeping staff on events, occupancy, and cleaning focus.
• Provide staff with necessary tools to complete assignments.
• Monitor speed of housekeeping staff to ensure timely completion.
• Create housekeeping boards with daily cleaning focus.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for overall cleanliness.
• Maintain communication with front desk about arrivals, departures, and requests.
• Stay aware of occupancy, events, VIP rooms, and guest reviews.
• Assist in cleaning rooms and public areas as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
