Aspen One is seeking a Houseperson to support the housekeeping team in keeping public areas clean and well stocked. You will assist with linen distribution, handle soiled linens, and help with light maintenance to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The role requires adherence to sanitation standards, safety protocols, and strong customer service. A high school diploma is preferred, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in a hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow English instructions.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of public areas in accordance with hotel standards.
• Deliver linens, towels, and supplies to assigned floors.
• Transport soiled linens and trash to disposal or laundry areas.
• Keep carts, closets, and storage organized and stocked.
• Respond to guest amenities requests promptly.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and safety protocols.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Uphold professional, courteous guest interactions.
• Follow cleaning chemicals and equipment safety procedures.
• Assist with inventory by restocking supplies as needed.
