Qualifications

• At least 2 years of progressive hotel experience or a 4-year college degree, or a 2-year college degree with 1+ year related experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Opera, Profitsword and Nuvola experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms meet standards.
• Coordinate cross-department communication with Front Office, Guest Services, Engineering, Events, and Leadership.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll documentation, ensuring accurate, timely processing.
• Maintain inventory and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and safety across areas.
