Driftwood Hospitality Management in Asheville, NC is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee Room Attendants, Lobby Attendants and Housepersons, ensuring cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and public spaces.

You will train, coach, and develop the team, coordinate room assignments, and partner with Front Office and Maintenance to resolve issues, while controlling costs and maintaining safety standards.

Formación

• Supervisory experience in hotel or hospitality strongly preferred.
• Sharp eye for detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Positive, approachable leadership style that motivates and develops others.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate, and support the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and presentation.
• Inspect guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to meet standards.
• Coordinate daily room assignments, cleaning priorities, and team productivity.
• Train, coach, and develop housekeeping associates with the Executive Housekeeper.
• Work with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure rooms are guest-ready and issues are resolved quickly.
• Monitor supplies, linens, and equipment to control costs and minimize waste.
