Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to coordinate Room Attendants, Lobby Attendants and Housepersons across guest rooms and public spaces to uphold our high cleanliness standards.

You will train staff, monitor performance, and ensure safety while responding to guest requests and maintaining supplies. A high school education and supervisory experience are preferred, with strong organizational and communication skills essential.

Qualifications

• High school education preferred.
• Minimum six months supervisory experience or one year housekeeping experience.
• Ability to read and write basic English.
• Ability to provide clear direction and guidance to subordinates.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise room attendants and housepersons to ensure cleanliness.
• Inspect VIP rooms and corridors for cleanliness and appearance.
• Train staff and monitor performance.
• Adhere to safety and security procedures.
• Report maintenance and supply issues.
• Assist other housekeeping personnel as needed.
