• High School education preferred.
• Minimum six months supervisory experience in housekeeping.
• Ability to read and write basic English to complete forms.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and direct housekeeping tasks for room attendants and housepersons.
• Inspect rooms, corridors, and public spaces for cleanliness and appearance.
• Train and monitor performance, provide guidance and ensure deadlines.
• Ensure safety, policy compliance, and proper equipment use.
• Report maintenance deficiencies and guest requests.
• Assist other housekeeping personnel as needed.
