DoubleTree Hotel Augusta is seeking a dependable Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily operations and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will supervise housekeeping staff, assign room duties, and inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality and efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising housekeeping or hotel staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Housekeeping Department in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper, including assigning room boards, distributing keys, and completing all opening/closing procedures.
• Answer incoming Housekeeping calls promptly and professionally, addressing guest requests and concerns in a timely manner.
• Monitor supply inventory, maintain par levels, and submit orders as needed.
• Maintain an accurate lost-and-found log and inventory of missing items; coordinate shipment of claimed items.
• Report equipment issues and repairs to the appropriate supervisor and maintain equipment in good working condition.
• Protect the safety, security, and well-being of guests and associates while providing courteous, professional service.
