Paragon Hotel Company in Augusta, GA seeks a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations, manage staff, and control labor and costs while maintaining top cleanliness standards.

You will oversee schedules, train team members, ensure safety compliance, and partner with maintenance to keep the property in peak condition. This full-time, on-site role requires strong leadership and a guest-focused mindset. Benefits include PTO, uniforms, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent of same.
• Must display professionalism and have characteristics of honesty and trustworthiness.
• Must have excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Must have a valid driver's license from the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the activities of the Housekeeping Team; conduct daily shift meetings and monthly department meetings.
• Inspect all hotel areas to ensure sanitation, brand standards, and health and safety compliance.
• Maintain supplies and equipment; oversee inventory and invoices with proper coding and filing.
• Ensure safety and security measures; supervise key control and incident reporting.
• Train, coach, motivate, and discipline staff; manage time cards and attendance.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to initiate timely maintenance requests and keep the property in good condition.
• Handle guest issues professionally and maintain a hospitable attitude.
• Adhere to OSHA and ADA policies and company procedures.
