Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping and laundry operations, training staff, managing inventory, coordinating with Front Office, and responding to guest requests. Must be able to work daytime hours, weekends, and holidays, and stay physically fit.

Qualifications

• Requires customer service experience in any service establishment.
• Must be able to speak English fluently.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 pounds and pull up to 150 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move around the facility.
• Willing to work weekends and/or holidays; daytime hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure quality standards.
• Ensure department follows hotel standards and procedures; provide guest service.
• Provide training to employees and ensure tools and equipment are available.
• Manage inventory, PAR levels, and linen/terry stock; assist in recruitment as needed.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and amenity readiness.
• Coordinate with Front Office and General Manager on guest requests and issues.
• Promote teamwork and cost-effective operation while maintaining quality.
