Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
• Assign rooms and duties to staff, providing direction and support.
• Assist with employee training and ensure staff have tools and equipment.
• Maintain and monitor PAR levels and submit monthly linen and terry inventory reports.
• Assist with recruitment and staffing within housekeeping.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, counting, and storage of linens and supplies.
• Report damage or out-of-service items immediately to the Duty Manager.
• Communicate housekeeping needs to management regarding materials or equipment.
• Maintain cost controls according to hotel guidelines.
