Job summary

The Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport Hotel is seeking a Supervisor to oversee all housekeeping activities and assist with daily operations. You will ensure rooms are inspected, reports are completed, and staff adhere to standards to deliver a high-quality guest experience.

Responsibilities include supervising Room Attendants, coordinating with Laundry, and training new staff to maintain seamless service, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write basic English to complete reports and understand information.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff to run the department.
• Ability to lift/move materials up to 100 lbs as needed.
• Ability to supervise and direct room attendants and staff.

Responsibilities

• Check all rooms and prepare the A.M. housekeeping report.
• Report room status to the Executive Housekeeper or Front Desk.
• Observe room attendants for appearance, name badges and keys.
• Inspect rooms cleaned in assigned areas and ensure quality standards.
• Supervise the work of Room Attendants and train new staff.
• Collaborate with laundry and other departments to meet guest needs.
