Job summary

Comfort Inn- Ontario is seeking a part-time/seasonal Housekeeper-Hotel Hospitality to maintain clean, orderly, and attractive guest areas in Ontario, CA. You will supervise housekeeping operations and assist with training, inventory, and quality control to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires English fluency, physical fitness to lift and move items, and flexibility to work weekends or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in any service establishment.
• Fluent English required.
• Medically fit and in good general health.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to push up to 150 pounds and stand frequently.
• Flexible for weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping and laundry to meet quality standards.
• Direct assigned rooms and delegate tasks to staff.
• Train employees and ensure tools and equipment are available.
• Maintain PAR levels and monthly linen inventory.
• Recruitment assistance for department.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and furnishings.
• Notify management of supply needs and equipment issues.
• Respond to guest requests and coordinate with Front Office.
