Job summary

The D Las Vegas is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor responsible for maintaining high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public areas. You will lead training for housekeeping staff, schedule shifts, and ensure consistent, friendly guest service across departments.

Responsibilities include inspecting rooms, addressing guest requests, managing supplies, and upholding safety and sanitation guidelines while reporting any unusual activity.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Have basic math skills and be computer literate.
• Understand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
• Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet.
• Must have 2 years of Housekeeping supervisor experience.
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationship with Team Members and Guests.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Promote and uphold Company Service Standards at all times.
• Communicate with diverse clientele across departments.
• Answer guest questions reflecting department and property knowledge.
• Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness.
• Train housekeeping associates on cleaning tasks.
• Schedule shifts and arrange replacements for absences.
• Respond to guest complaints and accommodate special requests.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.
• Observe and report unusual or suspicious behavior.
