Job summary

Collegiate Hotel Group is seeking a Rooms Inspector to join Graduate by Hilton Ann Arbor and its team of hospitality enthusiasts. You will inspect rooms for cleanliness, provide feedback to room attendants, and ensure supplies and uniforms are available.

The role requires safety training and reporting of any maintenance needs. You will perform housekeeping tasks, identify items left by guests, and participate in additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience

Responsibilities

• Inspect assigned rooms for cleanliness and condition of furnishings, equipment, and linens
• Provide objective feedback to room attendants to improve efficiency and quality
• Ensure associates have proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms
• Train staff on safety standards and enforce them consistently
• Identify unsafe behaviors and retrain accordingly
• Perform housekeeping duties including making beds, vacuuming, and cleaning
• Notify maintenance of repairs as needed
• Identify items guests left behind and report per lost and found procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
