Job summary

The Renaissance Las Vegas, a Highgate Hotels property, seeks a Housekeeping Inspector/Inspectress to oversee guestroom cleaning and timeliness. You will supervise Room Attendants, inspect rooms, and ensure standards are met for guest accommodations.

Coordinate with Guest Services, maintain records, and train staff to uphold Highgate's service standards. Strong organizational skills and prior supervisory experience are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff are attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to guests and staff.
• Inspect rooms daily to meet cleanliness standards and productivity targets.
• Notify attendants of deficiencies and re-inspect after corrections.
• Maintain daily assignment records and submit to Housekeeping Office.
• Maintain key control and supervise laundry staff when applicable.
• Coordinate with Guest Services regarding discrepant rooms and VIPs.
• Oversee training and biannual maintenance/cleaning projects.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction and safe hotel operations.
