Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a Beverage Shift Manager (Overnights Required) in the hotel’s housekeeping leadership track. The Assistant Manager will support daily operations to uphold Wynn Las Vegas standards and drive staff engagement and guest satisfaction.

The role involves supervising multiple staff levels, conducting pre-shifts, and coordinating with maintenance. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential for success in a fast-paced, high-pressure

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year leadership experience in a large casino or hotel.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Problem solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Weekend availability and ability to work all shifts.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.

• Lead staff including supervisors and attendants; oversee daily duties.
