Job summary

Wynn Resorts, Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee banquet beverage operations in a high-end, high-volume environment in Las Vegas. You will manage events, staffing, inventory, and payroll while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strict adherence to Wynn service standards.

The role requires fluency in English and strong computer skills, with at least three years in a supervisory beverage or banquet position.

Qualifications

Fluent English communication, written and spoken.
Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role in banquet beverage operations.
Proficient computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
Ability to obtain and maintain required work cards/licensing.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute bar events, ordering, daily payroll and related tasks.
Facilitate daily pre-shift with staff members.
Plan, organize and monitor banquet bar setup, service and breakdown.
Manage staffing needs, train team members and uphold Wynn standards.
Maintain inventory and coordinate with other departments.
Ensure health department standards for cleanliness and sanitation.
Maximize opportunities for department and company success; uphold Wynn standards.
Maintain knowledge of liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections.
Comply with all departmental policies and procedures.
Submit work orders for maintenance and complete closing duties.
Uphold Wynn core values in business conduct.
