Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year leadership experience in a large casino or hotel.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines; strong communication.
• Ability to give feedback and motivate staff.
• Problem solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Weekend availability and flexible scheduling.
• Team player capable in high-pressure environments.
• Knowledge of union and non-union environments.
• Strong customer service skills and guest confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with related systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations to ensure Wynn Las Vegas standards are maintained.
• Lead and manage staff, including supervisors and attendants, to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Provide clear direction, set goals, and monitor progress toward guest satisfaction.
• Conduct effective pre-shifts and communicate with staff.
• Assist with training and staff development; perform coaching and reviews as needed.
• Address guest issues and maintain confidentiality with staff and guests.
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering to uphold room and area upkeep.
• Ensure staff have tools and resources to serve guests; promote teamwork.
• Maintain Wynn policies and safety standards; adapt to high-pressure environments.
