Park Central New York Hotel located in Midtown Manhattan seeks a proactive Housekeeping Coordinator. You will administer and coordinate housekeeping functions from the housekeeping office and serve as the receptionist for the department, ensuring smooth front-lineGuest interactions and efficient room status updates.

The role requires a High School diploma (or equivalent) and 2–3 years of hotel experience, with some supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or three years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• College course work in related field helpful.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administer and coordinate housekeeping functions from the office.
• Serve as housekeeping receptionist and communicate with guests and staff.
• Prepare daily room attendant assignments according to productivity standards.
• Monitor room status and coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Maintain keys and key control, and track maintenance requests.
