Pacific Hotel Management, LLC is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead our Newark/Fremont location. You will oversee daily housekeeping operations, schedule staff, and ensure top cleanliness standards while mentoring a diverse team of associates.

You will manage payroll, inventory, and compliance with brand requirements, safety guidelines, and hotel policies, reporting to the Facilities Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years housekeeping experience, with supervisory or management background.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in a hotel housekeeping department preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and supervise room, laundry, and attendant tasks.
• Plan staff schedules, assign duties, and ensure adequate staffing based on occupancy.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to meet cleanliness and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering for room readiness and maintenance.
• Maintain inventory, payroll records, and department paperwork; monitor budgets.
