The Homewood Suites by Hilton Newark/Fremont is seeking a dynamic Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team. You will oversee daily operations, supervise room, laundry, and attendants, and mentor a diverse team to uphold top cleanliness and guest satisfaction standards.

You will also manage scheduling, labor costs, payroll, and departmental administration while maintaining brand compliance and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity.
• Minimum two years of supervisory or management experience in housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and supervise room, laundry, and attendants.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness.
• Coordinate room readiness with Front Office and ensure timelines meet brand standards.
• Plan daily activities, staffing, and payroll within budget; maintain records.
