• Answer inquiries and resolve guests’ complaints and concerns.
• Prepare schedules based on occupancy and assign duties.
• Take inventory and submit orders for supplies.
• Prepare departmental paperwork.
• Communicate guest service scores to drive improvement.
• Maintain cost controls and compliance with brand standards.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and EarthView program.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE.
• Perform other duties as requested.
