Job summary

Spire Hospitality seeks a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant for The Kelly Birmingham, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. In this full-time on-site role, you’ll help maintain sparkling guest rooms and public areas, supporting room attendants and ensuring guest satisfaction.

You’ll handle cleaning tasks on guest floors, stock linen closets, and respond promptly to guest requests with warmth. CPR/First Aid certification is required; prior Housekeeping experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• CPR/First Aid Certification required.
• Previous Housekeeping/House Person Attendant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and promptly address requests with engagement.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest floors, foyers, stairwells, and public areas.
• Stock linen closets with amenities to support Room Attendants.
• Assist during peak occupancy by handling soiled linens and trash.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks in guestrooms and assist with preventative maintenance.
