Qualifications

• ServSafe Manager certification is required.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in housekeeping, hospitality operations, environmental services, hotel operations, food service, or a related field.
• Three (3) years of supervisory or management experience with staff supervision and scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Supervise housekeeping and food service functions for the facility.
• Oversee daily continental breakfast, inventory, and safety standards.
• Staffing, training, scheduling short- and long-term cleaning projects.
• Order and control of supplies, equipment, and food; ensure quality service.
• Coordinate with UCLA hospital EVS to meet regulatory requirements.
