Job summary

UCLA Housing & Hospitality Services (H&HS) seeks a Principal Housekeeping Manager to oversee housekeeping for 3,638 off-campus apartment units and related facilities. You will hire, train, supervise, and evaluate 16-24 full-time custodians and up to 35 seasonal staff, ensuring safety and high standards.

Qualifications

3-4 years custodial experience in a large institution (Required)
2 years leading or managing teams (Required)
Knowledge of University policies and AFSCME agreement regarding performance evaluations and payroll (Preferred)
Ability to read, write and speak English; strong documentation and scheduling skills (Required)

Responsibilities
