Qualifications

• Previous hotel reception experience is desired.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain standing for an extended period.
• Knowledge of Colorado Springs cultural and outdoor recreation opportunities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the first point of contact for guests during check-in.
• Performs guest check-ins and check-outs as a front desk host.
• Takes food and drink orders and ensures customer satisfaction.
• Maintains cleanliness of hotel lobby and retail area.
