Hyatt Place Columbus/Dublin is seeking a Hotel Host (Guest Service Agent) in Dublin, OH. You will welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, and support facilities such as the Guest Kitchen and meeting rooms, delivering a high standard of service.

The role requires hospitality experience, strong English communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site position with hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field.
• Must have schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with guest interaction.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs).
• Must possess basic computer skills, i.e. Word, Excel, etc.

Responsabilités

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Hotel Host Stand, Placery, Guest Kitchen, e-room and Well being Room.
• Provide exceptional guest service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Support meeting room service and event needs as directed.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a high standard of guest experience.
