Join to apply for the Hotel Guest Service Representative (Part-Time) role at Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC

We are currently looking for a Part-Time Guest Services Representative to join our front desk team at Residence Inn by Marriott-Wayne, located at 30 Nevins Road, Wayne, NJ 07470. Our hotel offers 118 full suites, ideal for guests visiting William Paterson University, attending weddings at The Brownstone or The Tides Estate, or seeking extended stays with full kitchens in each suite. Buffalo Lodging Associates manages this property, emphasizing hospitality excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Greeting guests and completing check-in/check-out procedures using the property management system, while collecting and securing relevant guest information.
  • Handling cash, credit card transactions, and managing goods at the property.
  • Understanding guest needs and providing information about hotel services and amenities, responding promptly to requests.
  • Taking reservations via phone, entering and updating reservation details in the hotel management system, including cancellations.
  • Typical Schedule: Evening shifts from 3 PM to 11 PM, with availability needed on weekends and holidays.

Minimum Requirements
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel setting.

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, subject to approval.
