Join to apply for the Remote Bilingual Part-Time Customer Service Representative role at Quality Resource Management, LLC

QRM is an inbound call center focused on customer service and benefits compliance. We are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented individual to join our Operations team.

This is a part-time remote position working approximately 3-29 hours per week, primarily on weekends from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM CST.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver excellent customer service and technical support in English and Spanish.
  2. Provide empathy and support during the claims process.
  3. Accurately document all claim details.
  4. Follow client-specific handling instructions.
  5. Use call scripting for consistency.
  6. Maintain punctuality and reliability.
Required Skills
  1. Fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
  2. Ability to interpret reports and provide professional communication.
  3. Knowledge of basic computer functions, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Qualifications
  1. High School Diploma or GED.
  2. 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred.
Physical & Network Requirements
  • Prolonged sitting and working on a computer.
  • Reliable internet connection, preferably Ethernet.
  • Private network with no VPNs, US-based login required.
Benefits
