Job summary

Highgate Hotels at Fairfield Inn Erie, PA is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean and welcoming guestrooms and provide courteous service to guests. You will follow cleanliness standards, restock supplies, and support housekeeping operations to ensure a positive guest experience.

This hourly role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift and stand for long periods, and clear communication with team members and guests. Full-time associates receive a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand during entire shift and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties and restock supplies.
• Remove trash and dirty linen; keep hallways and public areas clean.
• Restock cleaning cart for next day; replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items and any maintenance needs to supervisors.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
