Highgate Hotels is seeking a diligent Room Attendant to maintain immaculate guestrooms and provide attentive, courteous service to all guests. You will follow standardized cleaning procedures and ensure the guest experience meets Highgate’s quality expectations.

The role requires physical endurance to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and clear communication with guests and teammates. Full-time hourly position with comprehensive benefits and shift flexibility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent. Prior hotel/housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and stand during the shift.
• Effective verbal and written communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms to required standards.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties (supplies, linen, carts).
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways and public areas clean and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cart for next day’s use.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report maintenance repairs promptly.
• Handle Lost and Found items per standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
