Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant for the Fairfield Inn Las Vegas. The role focuses on maintaining clean, inviting guestrooms and delivering attentive service to guests in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will thoroughly clean rooms, restock supplies, and report maintenance or missing items to ensure guest satisfaction. The job requires standing for the full shift and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Ability to stand during entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including guest supplies and linen for housekeeping cart set-up.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day's use.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report maintenance repairs to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle Lost and Found items per standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
