Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and colleagues in a courteous manner.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Pre-cleaning duties: stocking supplies, linen, and cart setup.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cart for next day.
• Replenish chemical bottles as needed.
• Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to supervisor/manager.
• Handle Lost and Found items per standards.
• Aim to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
