O'Reilly Hospitality Management Llc is hiring a Banquet Setup and Hospitality Associate for the Moxy Hotel Springfield in Springfield, MO. You will assist with event setup and guest service as part of the Food & Beverage team.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and about 1 year of hospitality or banquet experience. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work nights, weekends, and holidays. OHM provides growth opportunities and team-oriented training.

Responsabilidades

• Complete work assignments as directed by supervisor or shift leader.
• Set up water, amenities, AV, and breaks at least 15 minutes before meetings.
• Provide world-class guest service according to OHM and brand standards.
• Set up and clean meeting and function rooms per OHM and brand specifications.
• Assist in banquet service and breakdown as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and report equipment needs.

Location: Moxy Hotel by Marriott, Springfield, MO

• Complete work assignments as directed by supervisor or shift leader.


• Ensure water, amenities, AV, and breaks are set up at least 15 minutes before meetings.


• Address guest requests for additional equipment and supplies, informing guests of any extra charges.


• Provide world-class guest service according to OHM and brand standards.


• Set up and clean meeting and function rooms per OHM and brand specifications.


• Refresh meeting rooms during breaks and assist with meal service and breakdown as needed.


• Assist in getting banquet guest checks signed and submitted to the front office.


• Follow energy conservation guidelines and safety procedures.


• Handle all equipment and supplies properly.


• Report to work on time, in uniform, as scheduled.


• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

• Perform other duties as required.

Skills & Abilities:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing duties.

Hours:

• Schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma/GED.


• 1 year of hospitality or banquet experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks involving walking or standing.

Physical Activity:

• Includes stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive motions.

Environmental Conditions:

• Indoor work with some exposure to temperature changes.
