Job summary

O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC is hiring a Banquet Setup and Hospitality Associate for the Moxy Hotel Springfield in Springfield, MO. You will assist with banquet events, set up, service, and post-event breakdown, ensuring guest satisfaction.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma/GED and some hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year hospitality or banquet experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete work assignments as directed by supervisor or shift leader.
• Ensure water, amenities, AV, and breaks are set up at least 15 minutes before meetings.
• Address guest requests for additional equipment and supplies.
• Provide world-class guest service according to OHM and brand standards.
• Set up and clean meeting and function rooms per OHM and brand specifications.
• Refresh meeting rooms during breaks and assist with meal service and breakdown as needed.
• Follow energy conservation guidelines and safety procedures.

Hours:

Education & Experience:

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks involving walking or standing.

Physical Activity:

• Includes stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive motions.

Environmental Conditions:

• Indoor work with some exposure to temperature changes.
